We will primarily use your personal information to provide our services and products to you. We will also use the personal information that we hold to communicate with you, for example: in the event that the services or products you have requested are unavailable, for record keeping purposes, to recover debt and to help us to prevent fraud, to improve the quality of our service, for market research, or to track activity on our website. We may also create an individual profile for you so that we can inform you of services, products, events or special offers that may be of interest to you.

In the event of the sale of the business or the integration of the business with another party we may disclose your details to advisers or prospective purchasers advisers.

Disclosure of your information

Morlands (Glastonbury) Limited do not disclose buyers information to third parties without your prior permission.

Guarantee

We offer a one year guarantee, from date of purchase,  to all workmanship relating to the product.  This does not however apply to normal wear and tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacture of the product. 



Returns & Replacements

If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 28 days of receipt in its original unworn condition and in its original packaging and we will refund the full product price (order placed in November and December can be returned until 31 January the following year) .

Unless a product is faulty upon receipt or is returned in its original unworn condition with all original packaging within 28 days of receipt we cannot offer a refund or exchange the item.

We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage and to return goods by recorded delivery, registered post or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The cost of returning goods will be borne by you. Cost of return of goods cancelled after dispatch will be borne by you.

Please choose the size carefully..

We will exchange the footwear for incorrect sizing less any postage costs. You must e-mail us prior to returning or exchanging any items and inform us of the reason. It is the discretion of Morlands (Glastonbury) Limited to refund less any postage costs for returns outside of this policy and this may attract a 20% re-stocking fee. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days after we receive your return or 7 day cancellation notice. Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded for (1) undeliverable packages (including those for which the shipper cannot locate the customer, resulting in the order being returned to sender or abandoned), (2) deliveries that are refused or (3) orders cancelled after the goods have been shipped. All undeliverable or refused orders will be treated as a return, with the same policy applied as returned items.

*Receipt of goods with the assumption they were a different brand, look or feel does not constitute “not as ordered” please contact us via e-mail prior to your purchase if you have any doubts or queries.
