If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note: customs policies vary widely from country to country. We will primarily use your personal information to provide our services and products to you. We will also use the personal information that we hold to communicate with you, for example: in the event that the services or products you have requested are unavailable, for record keeping purposes, to recover debt and to help us to prevent fraud, to improve the quality of our service, for market research, or to track activity on our website. We may also create an individual profile for you so that we can inform you of services, products, events or special offers that may be of interest to you.

In the event of the sale of the business or the integration of the business with another party we may disclose your details to advisers or prospective purchasers advisers.

Morlands (Glastonbury) Limited do not disclose buyers information to third parties without your prior permission.


We offer a one year guarantee, from date of purchase, to all workmanship relating to the product. This does not however apply to normal wear and tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacture of the product.


All UK returns are free. When returning any goods to us, please fill out the returns form here to create and print your free post label. Please make a note of the unique tracking number printed on your label as without this we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

We do not offer free returns outside the UK.

At present we are only able to offer refunds.

If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 28 days of receipt in its original unworn condition and in its original packaging and we will refund the full product price (orders placed in November and December can be returned until 31 January the following year) .

Unless a product is faulty upon receipt or is returned in its original unworn condition with all original packaging within 28 days of receipt we cannot offer a refund the item.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days after we receive your return or 7 day cancellation notice. Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded for (1) undeliverable packages (including those for which the shipper cannot locate the customer, resulting in the order being returned to sender or abandoned), (2) deliveries that are refused or (3) orders cancelled after the goods have been shipped. All undeliverable or refused orders will be treated as a return, with the same policy applied as returned items.

If you receive damaged, faulty or incorrect items, we will do our utmost to resolve the issue quickly and with as little inconvenience to you as possible. We will be happy to exchange them for the same items within 28 days of the date of despatch. If you would prefer a refund, then the value of damaged, faulty or incorrect goods will be refunded in full, including your postage costs. For products that develop a fault after 60 days please contact us.

We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage.

You may correct your personal information by emailing us at [email protected]. Please include your name, address, and/or email address when you contact us. We would encourage you to promptly update your personal information if it changes.
